Could be wrong but this is what I understand is most likely to happen.

Shareholder has 50,000 shares
CDY SP 1.50 at the time of Split
CDY Evolis contribution to profit 66%
CDY MK contribution to Profit 34%
Shareholder is issued 50,000 shares in new Company
ADV Evolis now 1.00
CDY MK now .50
and both will find their own way along from there and will report individually.
Shareholder has 50,000 CDY MK shares and 50,000 ADV Evolis shares.
