In one breath they say that it has received commitments but then on the next they say that negotiat9ns are still ongoing....................How can that be, and most importantly, if an agreement will eventually be reached, at what terms and conditions.?? Could it be (If and when), the same as the one undertaken by Cudeco infrastructure where the lenders may have ended up with everything.?? GO FIGURE.!!
In the meantime someone will continue to get paid while some of the Creditors might not, let alone the bosses of the Company (THE SHAREHOLDERS).
Oh yes, they soon will be asked to buy more shares at a never to be repeated price.
