IMO, PH is not resigning yet because its his swansong. He will never work again or be on the Board of another company of this magnitude so hes getting what he can now before heading back to Tassie (or Perth?) to retire.

Jiang wasnt deported as someone said earlier but theres no doubt will be forced to provide feedback on questions to Oceanwide/Sino etc.....

but lets not forget (even though he probably was in the wrong position) theres always been the 2 sides of the coin, so to speak, with one hand stabbing the other in the back the whole way, superceding managers, overseeing projects against advice from professionals and promoting staff with no right to be in positions of authority to attend to certain agendas... but which hand belonged to the foreign investment corner and which one belonged to the 'old guard' corner?

It looks to me like Sino and other chinese major shareholders making a strategic ebb from the management and directorship of the company.

I heard someone tell me that the only way for CDU to go is up... and i agree...but its in a haze of dust and smoke as the top dogs leave tracks and have the oblivious people they promoted holding the please explain letters from the government.
