They are desperately trying to get the diesel in the fuel tanks and lift the stop credit with the fuel supplier. They are waiting for someone to come in and bail them out with some money.
IMHO, one thing is for sure here. And that is that someone, or most within the confinements of that BOD's, couldn't run a chook raffle in a pub on a Friday night.
