It does not matter who they place into any position as clearly WC is still the boss. Look at the website and corporate governance is still has his signature on the documents. So are they realy effective in the management processes or is it just lip service. I would think its just incompetence to get the basics correct so god help them to get the big picture. Keep it open and keep the money flowing i say at any cost to the financiers. My sentimet with stock is not available to be able to click the box.
