That has been my main concern for a very long time and got me very confused too.

Here I thought that the definition of trading while insolvent meant also that you must be able to pay your debts as they become due. Apparently that is not the case, "NOT for CDU" anyway.

From what I read and hear, CDU has many people and contractors asking to be paid for their work and services, but they are not, and yet they seem to be let free to continue on in the their merry ways. It appears that others even pulled up camp and left the site for not receiving payments, yet CDU is till continuing on like nothing happened.

I also read around these threads that someone is taking them to Court as well, yet, nothing seems to stop them. The march to nowhere goes on.

I was just told last night by someone (whom I cannot mention), that it seems that they can get around that part by simply keeping an amount of cash into the bank account thus being able to show the ASX and ASIC that they can meet their debts as they become due and it appears that it is working very well for them.

Obviously the ASX and ASIC are totally blind or just playing hide and seek games while refusing to have a proper look, nor giving them the time of day.

Welcome to the joys of the sharemarket and to the way our regulators are doing their jobs in looking after the interests of the poor investors my friends.

They all continue to get paid handsomely, while the shareholders are locked up into holding some worthless pieces of paper which they would be extremely happy to get rid of.

Bloody selfish and totally disgusting if you ask me.
