I don't know what is going on lately with the HC but I am having all sorts of problems where posts are disappearing, blank pages while you are writing and God only knows what else, and I contacted support on several occasions for no avail. Problems continue. Has anyone else been experiencing the same thing.??
Anyway back to your comments mate.
I don't know what to say, and I am still amused that ASIC and the ASX are allowing this thing (fleas ridden DOG more to the point) to continue. And here I thought that the regulators were there to make sure that shareholders were protected, and that creditors of the company were getting paid.
Trading while insolvent means what it says and, if some debts are becoming due to be paid, and not paid because the company hasn't got the money to meet those debts, the company will then become insolvent. Directors have to sign a declaration that a company is solvent and that it can meet/pay their debts as they become due. MEET THEIR DEBTS AS THEY BECOME DUE means only one thing, does it not.???
Now, is CDU different than anyone else.??
I wonder if that is the reason that no Directors are willing to sign on the dotted line of those financials, while continuing to be getting paid and accumulating superannuation...........at our costs.
Perhaps you could join the list of others which are taking the company to Court for what they are owed, and not been paid for.
On the other hand what I fail to understand is that Wayne McRae didn't make sure that you were been paid for your commission. After all he (CDU) got the money and you should have been paid. And then we have his offsider (NOW CHAIRMAN) which is well aware of the fact and where he should make sure that you were paid for your commission. I am at a total loos as to how he can overlook that part.
Yet again IMO it seems that he is not doing much at all and only collecting his ongoing monthly salary and emoluments. Go figure.!!
Unfortunately though, for some companies, that is not the case especially if we are to look at what is currently happening with CTP where someone organising finances for them for explorations, have not been paid and are now taking them through the Courts in Texas.
Nevertheless my friend, I know that it may not help you, but you can take solace that you are not alone having to face that music where there are others like you which are waiting on the sideline hoping that they will get paid, let alone the many mums and dads shareholders which have been led to the poor house and for some of them probably having to face the reality of having to eat baked beans on toast three times a day.
In closing, I don't know if you have been following my posts but if you did, you would have noticed that the man leading the CUDECO ship was renown to be the best man with the biggest gift of the gab around. Needless to say that, I was attacked from all angles for saying so, even personally, and even reported to the moderators for saying so. But now it seems that the cows have finally come home and that I was right in saying so all along.
Now, if what WM did, when he went to extent of taking action against shareholders and threatening legal action against them for daring to speak their minds in an open forum wasn't enough to raise some serious concerns about the company and it's leaders, I don't know what is needed to give the wake up call to some investors.
Nevertheless I wish all the good luck in the World and hope that you will get paid.
