To me it's dollars and cents I love shitty management as they produce undervalued companies.
As an engineering geologist @Germantheologist what do you think about the oil price? Now that I have stopped sinking my funds into the black hole of Cardno I have been sinking them into the black hole of Santos because I believe underinvestment is going to lead to a sustained recovery in the oil price in a year or two and this company is large and highly leveraged to the recovery.
CDD is not so cheap anymore can consider other options..
