I am neutral on this one we are pretty much agreed. I like it less at the higher price but think it's probably fairly valued.
Not all EBITDA is created equal the same EBITDA in 2015 and 2017 would have to account for debt and interest payment reductions.
I think the market is foward looking - assuming a recovery in the US and valuing this based on around 7x EBITDA (which is resonable) but my preference is to value it in NPAT as EBITDA is lier's profit.
I don't make money unless I sell, I will be considering that from here and changed my sentiment to hold. Just to balance my portfolio.
