You're missing the point.
Again - given the high likelihood of a CDD CR since they made that announcement a month ago, it would have been wise to sell / not buy until the CR occurred, or it became clear that one in fact wasn't required. However many shares you have, if you had sold them at 90-95c, you'd be better off financially. Of course that assumes CDD goes below TERP on Monday, but as you yourself say, at this point that would seem likely.
