Talk about an emergency raising. The 'Capital Raising Presentation' says that without the $90m they'd be at a leverage ratio of 5.2x v their covenant of 3.0x!!! And the raising only gets them back to 2.53x. Wow, wow, wow. Any further deterioration will mean they need to raise AGAIN.
