Especially since Crescents entry and before that as well this has not been a stock to hold without a through the cycle view. I would suspect PE are very adept at shaking out holders, and I suspect that management will soon be offered big incentives in options etc at a very low price. So I suspect all of the insiders might have been induced into playing the game out of self interest. Of course I might be totally wrong - can't read anybodies mind. There is a lot of scope for games in any listed stock. Could be worse - at least they are allowing retail to apply for 25% over.

I also suspect in a years time or so we will be wondering how things could have turned around so quickly - lol

With hindsight - it wasn't worth holding a partial position.

There is a reconciliation of the U EBITDA to stat EBITDA, but there is not much detail to go on re the businesses being sold or to be sold.

Also how are their new accounting standards affecting things on the EBITDA side of things? Are there any look-through factors that should be taken into account? (I.e. can't management share with us their projections for the future? Lol - guess I ought to take up comedy)

I'll be taking up as many entitlements as possible, and if this gets anywhere near the Cap Raise price, will buy my fill. However I do strongly suspect this will be the last zany mega dilutionary mega discounted crap raise. Usually the aim is to reduce the discount and dilution as much as possible . . .
