Yes, from what they said the expectations for FY19 seems to be:
“We’re spending another $20m on BD so don’t expect any short term growth in EBITDA. We’ll also continue with on market share buyback”
(and gee, that might mean Crescent gets majority ownership without paying a takeover premium)
