Yep, it takes a long time to turn around a train wreck. The challenge for the new CEO is that he needs entrepreneurial people to manage client-facing business units. The problem here being that if they’re any good how do you entice them to hang around for a mediocre salary and annual bonuses not even covering the overtime they work?
