    Just buying revenue as far as I'm concerned, property sector downturn will render this a silly acquisition. Designing Bunnings warehouses, seriously does anyone do that in Australia anymore? Price Point Parity!!!! Low margins and low fees <1% on capital on these projects now. All this is done offshore nowadays. Even many of the town planning  tasks will be automated within the next 5 years. These guys need to get digital and quickly.
