The most efficient plastic to fuel had a 73% conversion rate and as such to get 2 million gallons of fuel (diesel/ULP combination) you would need 9,000 tons of plastic PA. This would be a pilot start up. Then to go to 20 million gallons you would need $120M to build the full blown facility and need 90,000 tons of plastic. Your off take will is fuel, slag for road base and gas that if they pick the right process plant you can add back the gas by-product to provide cogeneration.
