If you are going to talk about PE ratios, you may want to consider the balance sheet.
CDA's is pristine with expectations of 15-20M net cash at 1H and close to 30M at YE.
Introduction of moderate leverage could fund a big return to shareholders and/or meaningful investment/acquisitions.
