I think these guys are desperate, they are doing a lot of financial engineering.
Buying and selling a business in such a short amount of time is a big red flag. What about the due diligence before buying EMC? How did they screw up so bad? Remember all the nice things MO used to say about EMC combined with wave energy? What about the incredible amount of opportunities for the microgrid business? And the large sales pipeline? What about the "epiphany moment" when he came back from Mauritius? I do remember all these things MO used to say...
I see here is a company in serious financial distress, and it is looking ugly. I am conscious that I am out, but some of you guys might be eligible for a class action.
