It's always a gamble buying into these penny-share companies and we are all aware of the risk.
But what irks me is the exorbitant salary taken by the CEO and the board's incompetence.
"Okay let's diversify, oh wait, we bought a turkey, let's do another capital raising and limp back to CETO."
It's a shambles.
