Only after it happens will we know what the market thinks of the move.

Will the market like a leaner CCE that has a single technology supported by an income stream?

Will the market like the newly formed company, (unencumbered by wave technology), that has reach in all states of Australia, NZ and the South Pacific?

Will the market like the products, expertise and connections that the combined entity will have?

Will the combined resources of EMC and TAG be winning more lucrative tenders that were previously beyond their reach?

How soon after the merger will it take for new projects to be announced?

Have the companies already got conditional plans in place for future projects (SPS trial, etc.)?

Will the share prices go up, down or sideways?

Against that, consider the alternative of remaining as is.
