I raised the LLC partnership at the presentation. It was obvious that LLC and EMC weren't aligned and EMC weren't getting access to all the opportunities you would expect.
This at least seems better on paper, mpre focused, but agree only a 32% stake seems way too low. That means this new entity needs to triple revenue just for us to maintain the current numbers , which we don't actually know!
What happens to current project revenues and tenders already submitted?
