Which shareholders? CCE? TAG? I could be proven wrong in future, but selling something that cost $13m for 1/3 of that cannot be good for shareholders. Cripes, unless of course TAG is the goose that lays the golden egg with projects and revenue streaming in over the next 6 months.
I sent them an email asking them to explain the reasons behind the decision. I managed to be polite. Hope they do send me the link to that article.
