Just 2 months ago the CR speil mentioned using the raised funds to advance the microgrid side of the business. Tacitly included were the words "expand EMC’s reach nationally either organically or through further corporate transactions." The latter part of those words being what we now know to be the dumping of EMC to TAG. I think any reasonable person who read the purpose of the CR would be very disappointed at this turn of events. Surely the transaction to jettison EMC was underway at the time and as a shareholder I feel I was misinformed. The trust for me now is gone under CCE's management. How could TAG shareholders be happy to merge with EMC after they clearly failed with CCE? Stuff all liquidity with TAG anyway with average daily turnover around 200K/$20K.
If there is any glimmer of hope for CCE it's that EMC was going to eventually bleed CCE dry, jeopardising CETO. Management screwed up and need to move on. How bad must EMC be if CCE are literally giving it away to its shareholders?
