at a hunch now id be thinking that maybe something is going on here that will lead to conglin getting control of the company? by no means a given but things have been run down to such an extent that i think its a possibility....
not necessarily a good thing for holders because he might end up getting the company for a song.
who knows, just a guess but i would be surprised if a guy like him were caught out completely.
