Turn the clock back about five years ago and CAJ was running rampant with acquisitions. The market responded positively for two years until Govt policy stopped it firmly in its tracks. The doctors who sold Southern Radiology must have thought it was Christmas!
Now after a painful recovery, we have Tasmania, Sunshine (Vic), three more Melb clinics and six clinics in W.A. I hope that CAJ has some sort of mergers and acquisitions team that handle these additions. The final sentence says 'The acquisitions will be funded from existing cash reserves and facilities.' Does 'facilities' mean debt? I hope not!
