Sorry if you perceived my post as facetious, but I was genuinely asking. I am not downplaying the moat and was especially keen to hear about the rationale of the industry rep.
I have no idea what the Mayfairs are, I haven't looked at the reports in a while for a segmented income breakdown. I am primarily a technical trader and only analayse basic FA such as PE, debt etc without going into depth of all business nuances like investors might.
50,000, thats a decent parcel and whilst price is going up I wouldnt off load just yet. This is the stock market; plenty of trash out there with high prices. BLA style, or what used to be.
