People here seem to be very offended and precious, I would say that the moat is there and everytime Capital gets an acquisition the moat gets wider. The moat is not a compeditive advantage, rather it a complete deterrent to Corporate action which is bad for CAJ shareholders as the water in the moat is recycled sewage rather than townwater. I sincerely hope the businesses perform and I am a capitol health shareholder as I think that it is poised for a moderate breakout once the damage from the IDX bid is quantified and the profits normalised. I just cant get enthused by the recent purchases especially I-rad. I wouldn't call Capitol being diversified, more random like purchasing a selection of odd properties on a monopoly board from Old Kent Road to Vine Street. It is a bit of back to the original Conidi strategy before MDI and Southern. The IDX takeover really was never going to happen, it should have been the other way around.
