This pullback has been slightly larger than expected but not abnormal. Volume was not great during breakout. 30, 29.5 and 29 were previous significant resistance levels (ref chart) so sellers should be drying up now. But more importantly the fundamentals are in play.
You can bet bottom dollar people are watching this knowing that in the FY we have effects of earnings accretive acquisitions and debt interest savings. For this reason I don't think a new trading range will develop between 30 and 34c.
I think anticipatory buyers will come in anytime from now, then those not wanting to miss the 'breakout pullback' entry will also pile in. Then, if the FY is any good 34c will be left for dead and it'll hit 40's easy.
Next move will be big imo. Seller exhaustion at the historic range levels (0.25 - 0.30) and at 34. 34 sellers are most likely profit takers from the breakout, so they're more than likely done with.
