CAJ management at the time of the NSW acquisitions must take full responsibility for failing to make them a success. Do we remember John Conidi? He now heads up a company with a share price of $0.002!! If Southern Radiology was a good operation, how can CAJ get it so wrong!! CAJ was certainly able to offload it at a reasonable price.

I don't have a problem with low-end clinics. That's where most of the public goes. CAJ traditionally relies on bulk billing, so it's success is determined by Govt policy. This would figure prominently in any SWOT analysis!

The nagging doubt with CAJ is: 'Is it just an accumulator, a product of entrepreneurs?' At the moment, I can't think otherwise.
