- Funding agreement with metgasco signed (BYE)
- Byron and metgasco have documented terms of a convertible note for $A 8 million, providing Byron with funding for sm 71 project development
- Byron will grant metgasco an option to acquire a 10% working interest in byron's bivouac peak project
- Metgasco will be granted an opportunity to participate in future Byron projects.
