    It is encouraging to see that SSG has a binding letter of intent with Sat-Space Africa Ltd. to purchase all of SSG's nano-satellite pilot constellation communication bandwidth at "commercial market rates".

    Cashed up? Check.
    Skill and ability? Looks like it, esp. with ESSTRACK's help.
    Revenue from pilot project? Check.
