    May 29 (Reuters) - Buderim Group Ltd (BUG) :

    • Entered into an agreement for purchase of bottling equipment and brands of Alpine Soft Drinks (Aust) Pty Ltd
    • Transaction cost is not considered material and will be fully funded from cash reserves
