Oversold, very tempting to top-up at these levels ...
I keep banks as hedge in case that property bubble doesn't crash so I'm not going to get exposed too much.
But at SP close to $10, BOQ should give 7-8% dividend yield, even if interim dividend stays on the lower side due to costing "operating model refinements" one-offs.
