From the 3 page Annual results presentation: "A special dividend of 8 cents per ordinary share has been announced by the Board, along with suspension of the dividend reinvestment plan for the final and special dividends on ordinary shares. This will be reinstated on 24 November 2017."
Interesting that they're suspending the DRP for this dividend. Why would they do that?
It's good news for me as I'm not in the DRP, so there won't be the usual dilution. Number of shares increased in the year from 381 million to 391.7, about 2.8% increase. Is that something I should really worry about?
