You do know that the "uncooperative partner" is the largest BLZ shareholder?
The largest shareholder that increased their holding by putting in $200k in the last CR, $200k in the CR before that and $73k in the CR before that.
Seems like they really like where the Company is going and maybe they want more shares and are asking to be paid in shares?
That other shareholder (Mathew Walker) keeps topping up too.
Cicero recently buying on market too.
