- Approved the disposal of co's interests in power resources ltd and colour minerals pty ltd, to kalgoorlie mine management pty
- Disposal in settlement of the company's obligations under a management agreement between the company and kmm
- Says disposal has not yet occurred as the company is in ongoing discussions with kmm
