Current evidences concludes it’s a better deal for Headwaters rather than BLD.

Extensive trials conducted over last 18 months or so by Georgia Dept of Transport in US

(and others) show EDE’s carbon nanotubes are outperforming all other concrete additives by

improving more concrete properties, by a greater magnitude & cost competitive – compared to all
other additives.
So good are the results that many future concrete constructions will need no rebar reinforcement.

State of Georgia have granted EDE US$25m for EDE to build their upscaled plant in that state.

Increased production (in Colorado) coming on stream Q1 2017.

Maybe Headwaters have done their homework.
