I agree there's very little doubt, if any, that a licence will be granted.Would indeed be interesting to know the coverage. Back a couple of years ago the stock was being supported quite strongly.
However it never has had the promotion it deserved. Current management have turned that around as best they can without resorting to the promotional bulltish tactics of some other graphite stocks.
I think the initial lack of promotion was a BKT mistake and has carried through to this point.
It is evident on this thread which is weakly supported In comparison with nearly every other ASX African graphite stock.
Another couple of offtakes will have to raise one eyebrow at least, but no, I agree, significant movement will happen until there is a compelling announcement re funding. Large amounts of concerntrate to work with and assess and this looks as if it is paying off
I follow, to a limited extent, all graphite ASX stocks in Tanzania, and there are a couple of other stocks that I like, but none, in my assessment, that are superior to BKT.
The fact that BKT has an unsurpassed concentrate when flake distribution and purity is in combination factored in...customers will want it... a generational mine.. continuity of supply... clients have been given
generous quantities to assess and it looks as if that approach, which is just plain common sense, is paying off.
In short if you have the goods, the market will want it , BKT looks as if it has the goods, plus other very favourable metrics .. grade very good, not as good as WKT for instance, but look at the strip ratio..
I believe the current world market situation is of course effecting all graphite stocks and as DDZX has said graphite is uncertain in the market.
Another point I make is that a lot, the majority of investors in this area don't have much of an understanding and ride along with the cheer squads!
I am of the view that it is going to happen and demand is just starting to activate. Companies with superior product with be the winners. Simple.
iI am concerned with respect to funding as to how it will play out dilution wise.
If BKT's concentrate does not make it to mining and supply I don't see how anyone else's will. We have to be patient, unfortunately!
GLTAH,
Don.
