The ASX Listing Rules cover exploration entities and the (timely) release of drilling/ technical data where the discretion is left to the Company/ Management/ timeliness which in turn focuses upon "materiality" (a word of degree and the potential to impact on share price etc.) of the particular results of say the drilling program. So, good luck on Corp's Law actions etc. Understand the frustration ...
