Fair enough, I agree with much of what you say amigo. But if shareholders had been offered the same deal, BGL would have received double the new funds. Also, with regards loyalty options you can still sell your existing shares after the announcement. It's just another way to raise money later on without a new capital raising. OK it is what is, and you are right we have a special company.
