I think I just answered my own question..

8600 shareholders last year. If everyone put in the maximum then the scale back it likely to be approximately 75%.

But we do know that some people wont even send off money and others wont send off the full amount. Scale back is therefore likely to be 50% based on the current amount they wish to be raised.

But I suspect they will allocate more than the $30 odd million that they wish to raise, so my assumption is that the scale back for a full $15,000 investment would be approximately 30-40%

Not too bad....

Now to find the money to send off for all of my BGA holdings...
