For those that still doubting the fees, I found that most investments companies do have perfomance fee.
Below is Barramundi example, still they return very good dividend yield and the share price is performing well.
So, I don't think BFC's management fee and perfomance fee will hinder the company future growth. Certainly, the management team wants to see this company succeed?
