    Normally this type of move signifies the company is close to the end in my experience.

    Vultures are moving in for the last feast on the carcass. Old vultures have to walk away as their bellies are so bloated they can’t fly. New vultures circling overhead ready to fly away with the dismembered bones.

    Not long before the new vultures swoop IMO and shareholders can RIP. Esh
