There'll be a bit less than 11m new shares issued and, perhaps, a window of opportunity to buy some on market @50c (or about). While it would have been better to see them rise at a premium on the VWAP, it's good to have a CR done and out of the way to finance what is shaping up as a fast growth phase for the company -  quite recently there have been references to 'vertical integration', and- as reported by the AFR- a percentage of the funds will target "growing a number of 'daigous' to access customers in mainland China", BDA is setting up to deliver on its potential.
