Mado is correct, there are new rules including:
1) owners of IF brands are recommended to own the packaging plant(full or partial ownership??). This would be Camperdown in our case
2) there may be on site audits as well as self audits. These will take time to organise.
I expect full approval to take at least 3-4 months from here on but am very optimistic that BAL will get the tick of approval
