The Lance has been boiled
Some pretty dumb decisions made - like getting into WP Iron Ore - although I wonder if all the directors from that incident should be getting ready to resign over that one as well, and create a better company.
It is very interesting that the UT5 (tariff negotiation) submission is lodged the day before the new guy takes over. If you were suspicious, you might think the negotiations aren't going well, and the board wanted the new CEO to be able to blame Lance for the outcome. Of course that can also be interpreted as being sensible, in that Lance knows the detail, and has experience with these submissions.
