- Its operating company Vivopower International PLC has, via unit achieved
contractual close to finance and manage the build of NC-31
- NC-31 is a 43mw (megawatt) DC utility- scale solar photovoltaic project that
has a 10 year power purchase agreement with Duke Energy Progress Inc
