47c looks very cheap here, but I know its all about sentiment, and all I have read points to the fact most pundits think the residential property sector has another 2yrs downturn ahead of it, im sure AVJ will SURVIVE as a company, only thing is will they keep cutting the divvy? and how low will the stock price go.
Anyone buying here for the LT should do well when building comes back into favour.
Still have population growth to all major aussie cities
Still have Record low % rates (even though banks are making it hard for buyers with new conditions)
Still have record low Unemployment rate around 5%
Still have GDP growth of around 2-3%
