 Hi  Pete, I think you should hold off buying more and see if they go down further. There were only three substantial trades today for a total of around 68,000 shares. We have so long to wait for the next announcement, probably a market update early August, that I can't see any catalyst for an increase. Indeed, while the media keeps beating the doom and gloom property drum, I can see negative sentiment increasing the number of investors looking to cut their losses by bailing out.

It's only my opinion, but I would put off buying until AVJ entered an upturn. That said, I put in a cheeky bid of 42c for 50,000 shares today just in case some large holder decided to dump their shares.

But I repeat, it would be better to wait for an upturn (a case of don't do what I do, do what I say) because we don't know where the bottom is.
