To buy a top stock cheaply you have to buy it when the industry its in is in the bottom of its cycle.

for eg. if I want to buy BHP for $15, I have to wait until iron ore and copper and oil are very cheap and the economy is in recession,

If I want to buy AVJ cheap, like it is now, you have to wait until no one wants to touch the building sector LIKE NOW, when would you suggest to buy AVJ cheaply?

when Sydney and melb are booming again and construction is at its all time high away?

by that time AVJ will be 80c+

The time to buy Is NOW, when no one wants to touch the sector.

Im only waiting until early FEB because that's when AVJ says it will tell us if its going to pay a divvy, if they say it will be cut, even 1c the stock will drop below 50c for sure, if they say the 5c divvy stays, it will be back to 60c no worries.
